CLASSES
WOMENS BOXING

KIDS BOXING
AGES 5-11
Our Kids Boxing class offers a fun, safe, and engaging introduction to the sport of boxing for boys and girls aged 5-11. Children will learn the basics of proper stance, punching technique, and footwork while developing coordination, confidence, and discipline. With a focus on fitness and teamwork, this class builds both physical endurance and mental strength in a positive and supportive environment. Perfect for kids looking to stay active, learn new skills, and build self-confidence through the exciting world of boxing!
RECREATIONAL
AGES 12+
A structured, non-contact training environment focused on developing strong boxing fundamentals and proper technique. Classes emphasize stance, balance, footwork, and punching mechanics, along with bag work, pad work, and conditioning.
NON-COMPETITIVE CONTACT
AGES 12+
A structured, controlled contact class focused on advanced skill development through technical drills and sparring. These classes focus on advanced drills and techniques that work on timing, distance management, ring IQ, counter-punching systems, and tactical decision-making scenarios. These classes follow similar drills and learning outcomes to our Competitive program, but without the requirement to compete.
COMPETITIVE FIGHTERS
AGES 12+
This program is reserved for athletes actively preparing to compete. Training focuses on fight-specific tactics, bout specific preparation, and open sparring; all programming is designed around competition performance.
